The Deal

These terms govern your use of Car Modification AI. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the Service Is

Car Modification AI generates virtual renderings of vehicle modifications from photos you provide. Renders are AI-generated visualizations — they are concept art, not engineering documents. Real-world fitment, legality, and safety of any modification are your responsibility to verify with qualified professionals before you buy or install anything.

Your Content

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us the license needed to process them, generate renders, store them, and — if you publish a build — display it publicly on the show floor.
• Don't upload unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or content depicting people without their consent.

Credits & Payments

• Renders consume credits; costs vary by quality tier and are shown before you generate.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and have no cash value.
• We may adjust free-tier allowances, pricing, and tiers; changes won't take away credits you've already bought.

Fair Use

Don't abuse the platform: no scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk generation, reselling of the service, attempts to bypass credit limits, or use of the service to create deceptive or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI Output

AI renders can be imperfect or inaccurate, and similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users. Subject to these terms, you may use renders you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We make no guarantee that any render is free of third-party rights — trademarks and distinctive designs visible in your source photo remain their owners' property.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We'll post updates on this page.
